Don't Lean In. Walk Out.

I couldn't resist reading Anne-Marie  Slaughter's review of Sheryl Sandberg's much-discussed new book, Lean In, in the Sunday Book Review of The New York Times. Both of these high powered women have opened the door to a valuable conversation about women and work--but I'm getting tired of how we're framing this whole discussion.
